I used to be a big believer in mindfulness — except for one problem. It didn’t work all the time, and it was a lot of effort. Now I know why. Mindfulness is missing a big piece of the human puzzle, which the Three Principles explain very simply. Just understanding this has made all the difference. I no longer have to worry about what I think and feel, because I know exactly where it’s coming from and what it all means, every single time.

I am not my thinking. You are not your thinking. We are so much bigger than our thinking, so we can allow it to do what it wants and experience a deeper, more joyful reality that is far beyond what our thoughts tell us in the present moment.
