One of my favorite parts of this understanding is the simplicity of it.

If I’m wondering what I’m really experiencing, all I have to do is ask myself, “Do I feel good right now, or don’t I?”

In those times when I don’t feel good, it just indicates that my thinking is obscuring my view of the *real* reality in which we all live — the place that’s made of joy, happiness and peace.

When I do feel good, it indicates to me that my thinking has slowed down, and all the resources of Mind are available to me.

Simple, right? It doesn’t have to be complicated, because it isn’t. Once we start to see this, life becomes more effortless — effortlessly.
