It’s been so obvious to me lately that the moment we get a glimpse of our thinking in a certain area of life that we’d like to change, that area begins to change on its own. We don’t have to “work at” this or “make it happen.” Just look at that struggle you’re experiencing and see for yourself: “Does this [fill in the blank with the problem] look real to me, or does it look like thought?” Even if it’s just a hint in your mind that it’s thought, that’s enough to begin this change process.
