What should we do when we’re in a bad mood? Nothing! Because that bad mood doesn’t mean what we think it does. Before I had this understanding of the Principles, I would have spent a “bad day” trying to fix what I thought was wrong in my life or with myself in order to feel better. Now I see that I don’t need to do anything at all, and the mood will take care of itself. I just need to get out of the way.
