There are plenty of areas in my life where I still struggle. Plenty of them.

What has become more obvious to me, with this understanding of the Principles, is that when I hear myself yelling inside my own head — “What is your problem, Mary?” — I need a time out. That’s a big clue to me that my thinking is telling me something I don’t need to listen to, don’t need to react to, and certainly don’t need to believe.

In the past, I might have listened to that thinking and felt like a failure for hours or days on end. Now, I hear it and go, “Wait a second. Is that really true? Do I have a problem?” Almost every time, the answer is “no.”

Do you ever hear yelling inside your head? If so, do you hear it any differently now, with this understanding of the Three Principles?
