A few days ago, I did a brief “live” appearance on my Daily Principles Facebook page, so I wanted to share it with you. I talk about the book I just released, called Mind Yoga, and I mentioned that I had a long history with stress. That was really the impetus for my writing the book and coming up with what I hope is a helpful and simple way to alleviate stress, for good.
