I used to believe that it was necessary to examine my “failures” in life and understand why they happened, so I could prevent the same thing from happening again. Most of us think that, right?

Now, that sounds like a completely foreign concept to me. I no longer see life in this way. I see no need for suffering. I see no need to examine anything that’s happened in the past because I know why I’ve made every decision: I listened to my thinking in that moment and acted accordingly.

I’d love to hear your comments on this one, because it truly goes against everything our culture is telling us here in the west.
