Sometimes our thinking can be really funny. It tells us we should do this, or we shouldn’t do that.

But guess what? We don’t have to listen to our thinking. Not at all. Most of the time — dare I say almost all of the time? — it’s telling us stuff that is completely useless. Not worth listening to and certainly not worth acting upon.

We are not our thinking. We are so much bigger than our thinking. If we have a true desire to try something or to do something — like my creating this blog, for example — that’s enough. What is a desire of yours? Something you’re doing or you’d like to try and you haven’t yet because your thinking says you shouldn’t?
