An innocent misunderstanding

Video: Reason for hope amidst upheaval

Are you feeling like the world is filled with upheaval? There is reason for hope — lots of it. That’s what I talk about in this video, a recording of a “live” webinar I hosted on Nov. 12, 2016.

P.S. Have you read any of my books? If so, I would sure appreciate a short review on Amazon. It would help other people to find the books, which means you’d be helping those folks who need less stress and more joy in their lives. Many thanks.

Video today! Reframing vs de-framing

In this brief video, I talk about the fact that reframing a problem is pointless … because there is no frame, to start with.

P.S. I’m so pleased to be teaming up with coach Sara Murre for a brand new group program, The Creativity Greenhouse. Take a deep dive into your innate creativity and see how it can help you to create what you want most in life — and that means anything at all! Amazing, right? Come over to the progra website and watch a mini-lesson …

Video today: What is One Solution?

Hi there! I recently recorded this video “live” in the Mind Yoga Spa group on Facebook. I’m thrilled to be part of One Solution, and I’d love for you to join us in what we’re trying to do to effect major change around the world. Join the One Solution FB group here.

P.S. The Mind Yoga Spa is open! Join me and about 170 people in a conversation about living life with greater joy.

Video today! Troubled relationship? This is for you

A couple of days ago, I did a talk with my friend and colleague Juliet Fay about how to go from conflict to calm in a troubled relationship. I invite you to watch and also share with someone who might benefit.

P.S. Juliet and I are offering a two-week program called From Conflict to Calm, starting next Wed., Sept. 21.  Click here to learn more about the program and how it can help you — you’ll be taken to our joint venture, called Solcare.org.

There is no magic in tidying up

Take a look on Amazon, specifically in the self-help section of books. How many do you see that approach life outside in? All of them, essentially — except for Three Principles books, of course. Despite the book’s claim, tidying up, I can tell you, has no magic in it!

P.S. Have you read The Joy Formula or Mind Yoga? If so, I would sure appreciate a short review on Amazon. It would help other people to find the books, which means you’d be helping those folks who need less stress and more joy in their lives. Many thanks.

Pausing to reflect for a moment …

When I looked at my blog calendar today, I realized that I’m almost at the end of this 12-month experiment I’ve called The Daily Principles. In this audio, I pause to reflect a bit. Thank you, as always, for listening.

P.S. Have you read The Joy Formula or Mind Yoga? I wrote them just for you — and they’re free to read in Kindle Unlimited (plus they’re available in paperback).

Part 3 of ?: What sets the Principles apart (the Principles part!)

I love the fact that the Principles are not prescriptive but our descriptive. That’s what gives us freedom! P.S. I was a tad distracted at the beginning of this audio because my phone kept ringing. 🙂

P.S. Have you read The Joy Formula or Mind Yoga? If so, I would sure appreciate a short review on Amazon. It would help other people to find the books, which means you’d be helping those folks who need less stress and more joy in their lives. Many thanks.
